Video: K’naan ft. Nelly Furtado ‘Is Anybody Out There’ Live On Letterman

K’naan stopped by David Letterman last night to perform “Is Anybody Out There” with Nelly Furtado (it’s been a minute). K’naan rocks a Canadian tuxedo, Nelly goes black-on-black, Letterman’s unsure what “EP” stands for and the duo do a pretty flawless rendition of the More Beautiful Than Silence cut. Watch above.

I loved both K’Naan and Nelly Furtado when they first started. Nelly’s freshmen album: Whoa Nelly was amazing as was K’Naan’s Troubadour, but both of them have strayed away from their original sounds. With that said, I really thought his EP sucked, nothing but manufactured pop junk.
