We told you this Whosane comeback is not a joke thing…the pan-African MC continues to expand on the promise of his forthcoming LP Brooklyn to Cape Town with every new joint he delivers.  ”The Legacy,” with Lindiwe and super-producer Ski Beatz, flips the melody of “Nkosi Sikelel’ iAfrika” into an epic beat and–short of licking a toyi-toyi in the air–you couldn’t really create a track to get anybody who knows the history and struggle embodied in this song any hyper. And with lines like “I’ma tell you what’s gone bring us a brighter day / and make Madiba smile like seeing freedom a mile away…” it shows in the verses Whosane and Lindiwe put down. Charge up below…
