In a heartfelt plea, Congo music star Fally Ipupa sings to his beloved Congo to “Stop a la Guerre.” Congo has been plagued by civil unrest and conflict for over a decade, and recent M23 occupations have left very few with hope. The opening guitar and voiced instrumental sound like the wails of a country at mourn — with them, Fally Ipupa delivers a politically poignant message to end the violence in the Congo through this harmonious RnB track.
