Hear Sampha’s New Song ‘(No One Knows Me) Like The Piano,’ Dedicated to His Sierra Leonean Mother

Sampha is set to have a big 2017 with the release of his new album Process due soon in February.

Today the British singer-songwriter is sharing a new single, “(No One Knows Me) Like The Piano,” which he’s dedicated to his Sierra Leonean mother, Binty Sisay.

“The more time that passes, the more I see the extent of her love for me,” Sampha wrote on Twitter.

It’s a delicate tune that sees Sampha singing, “no one knows me like the piano in my mother’s home.”

“(No One Knows Me) Like The Piano” follows the release of “Timmy’s Prayer” last year, as well as Sampha’s collaborations with Solange for A Seat at the Table.

Process arrives February 3 on Young Turks.
