In the latest Nigerian viral video "my oga at the top," Obafaiye Shem Lagos State government officials latest political blunder on Channels Television in Nigeria.

Check out the video above for some insight on the latest political blunder out of Naija "my oga at the top." You may have heard about Obafaiye Shem, the Lagos State Commandant of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), who embarrassed himself like a true champion on Channels Television earlier this week. When asked to state the website of his department, he stated "I cannot categorically tell you one" and then conceded by providing the web address as "www.nscdc." No, he did not even bother finishing with ".com" and unknowingly commenced the newest viral internet song and dance "my oga at the top." We wish this were a joke, but then this wouldn't be Nigerian government officials proving to everyone just how intelligent they really are. What could make this even more amazing you say? Well, the remix by DJ Ziggy (below), and a new "my oga at the top" dance step. Is this Nigerian viral video the new new Harlem Shake?
