Jimmy Maradona x QuayR Musiq x Mellow & Sleazy “Wena Wa Pallwa” ft. Ch’cco & LeeMcKrazy

Burgeoning vocalist Jimmy Maradona finally unleashed his long-awaited viral track “Wena Wa Pallwa.” The track, co-produced by QuayR Musiq and Mellow & Sleazy, also features guest appearances from Ch’cco and LeeMcKrazy, who both deliver exceptional verses.

Elvirgo x TallexQ x Chicco “Malume 2.0” ft. Makhadzi, Kabza De Small & Lord Mordecai

There’s a new XiTsonga wave in ‘piano right now, and it all began with this song. The original track produced by progenitor Elvirgo and TallexQ sampled Chicco Twala’s “Nita Swi Byela Mani” before Kabza De Small and Makhadzi lent their hands to the updated version.

Tebza De DJ & Dj Nomza The King “Ka Vulungu”

Earlier this month, Tebza De DJ’s “Ka Vulungu” gained major traction and topped the charts before it got taken down on DSPs because of an uncleared sample of Peter Teanet’s “African Vibe Pt. 2.” To bypass the copyright infringement, they re-recorded the vocals and dropped the song again.

The Lowkeys & Sims Noreng “TJEYA” ft. 13 Nor Mabena, Oceanbiller, Tshego Dee and LeeMcKrazy

Duo The Lowkeys shared their first song since leaving Sumsoundz, “TJEYA” featuring a host of collaborators in Sims Noreng, 13 Nor Mabena, Oceanbiller, Tshego Dee and LeeMcKrazy. A teaser of the song, along with its accompanying dance challenge, has had TikTok in a frenzy.

MFR Souls & Mdu aka TRP “The Game (Amapiano Bootleg)”

Pioneers MFR Souls, along with Mdu aka TRP flip Kid Crème’s “The Game” on their new single of the same name. The remake comes 17 years after the release of the original track and borrows the song’s melodious bass line and synth — coupling them with the log drum and other omnipresent ‘piano percussions.

Reece Madlisa & Spikiri “Kumnandi Ka Sash” feat. Shavul & Six40

Reece Madlisa teams up with his idol, kwaito icon Spirkiri on his latest single, “Kumnandi Ka Sash,” which also features Shavul and producer Six40. The track follows after his debut solo EP Kwaito Nama Medi, which dropped in February and walks in similar terrain reminiscent of old kwaito tracks.

Zuma “Dropping Soon”

Zuma (of Amaroto fame) recently surprised his fans with his debut solo EP Dropping Soon. Released under his own label Umshini, the 5-track project sees Zuma work with relatively unknown artists along with established names like uLazi, Djy Biza and Uncool MC.

Harry Cane x Master KG & Dj LaTimmy - Dubula (Official Audio)

Figurehead of dance music coming out of Limpopo province Master KG couldn’t be left behind in the XiTsonga piano bandwagon. The globetrotting act recently signed producer Harry Cane to his Wanitwa Mos stable and immediately released “Dubula,” which was already making rounds on TikTok.
