We’ve been following Ghanian singer/songwriter Kae Sun for a minute now, and have been eagerly anticipating his newest effort, an EP entitled Outside the Barcode which we’re premiering here today. Recorded entirely on 2-inch tape on a farm in Ontario, Canada (where Kae Sun now calls home) Kae Sun captures a truly organic acoustic sound. Our ears perked up when we listened to the 1st track off this EP a few weeks back, the uplifting spiritual folk song, “When The Pot,” (watch the video here). His raw, authentic acoustic sounds and catchy melodies have had us fiending for more. Today we get it, with the FREE download of Outside the Barcode, below.
