Afrikan Boy Answers 'The Questions' For Okayafrica TV

Nigerian/Londoner Afrikan Boy is always on the grind. In between churning out one victory lap after the other, making waves in the fashion world as head of the Y.A.M. style collective, and (most recently) taking on fatherly duties, the young, ambitious, and motivated afro-grimesmith flew out to Austin back in March for his SXSW debut. It was there that Okayafrica TV caught up with Afrikan Boy in Austin to hit him with a round of "The Questions." What vintage Nigerian musicians would he like to work with? What's it like being a dad? Will he ever become Afrikan Man? What is the meaning of Y.A.M.? What's the most important item he packed for South By? Watch Afrikan Boy answer these questions and more (plus namecheck our South African friends Petite Noir and Spoek Mathambo) in the latest episode of Okayafrica TV below.
