Triple threat rapper/producer/label founder Jovicontinues the task of putting Cameroon hip-hop on the map with his latest video. On 'B.A.S.T.A.R.D,' the Douala-raised MC known for weaving words in an amalgam of Pidgin, English and French enlists the service of self-proclaimed pop princess and New Bellsignee Reniss to deliver the chorus chants on the bouncy track. The video, shot by Cameroon's Ndukong Bertrand in parts of Yaounde and Douala sees Jovi get some acting chops in, as he quite convincingly takes on the role of motor boy: a popular fixture of the transit system in West African cities.
