Watch Maftown Rap Trio Hash One’s 'Time of My Life' Video
Maftown rap trio Hash One release the video for "Time Of My Life."
After featuring in Okayafrica's First Look Friday series back in May, Maftown misfits Hash One returned this month with the video for their latest single, "Time of My Life." The song, which was released last year as part of Khuli Chana’s Red Bull Editions promotional CD, is a bouncy, feel good banger with serious undertones. Its visuals come courtesy of Uprooted Media, and juxtapose the group’s fun times against their real day-to-day struggles. The radio-friendly single also features former labelmate and fellow Maftown representative Tshego on the hook, crooning over a booming baseline and crisp production.
Hash One are currently in the studio recording their next project. Their follow-up single, "Kgalemela," should be out in December.
