Stranger Lagos, an African style boutique and cafe released their Spring/ Summer 14 lookbook campaign.

<p>(1) a person whom one does not know or with whom one is not familiar;</p><p>(2) a person who does not know, or is not known in, a particular place or community;</p><p>(3) (stranger to) a person entirely unaccustomed to (a feeling, experience, or situation);</p><p>That definition greets each visitor to coffee shop and boutique <a href="http://www.strangerlagos.com" target="_blank"><strong>Stranger Lagos</strong></a>' website. The shop stocks a great selection of brands including <strong>Collateral Concepts, Marvie Lab, Orange Culture, Peir Wu,Post Imperial</strong>, and <strong>U.MI-1</strong>. The boutique recently released its Spring/ Summer 14 campaign with a lookbook that follows 'the short journey of the Trickster god/goddess as they fall into a new reality." Photographed by <a href="http://www.lakinogunbanwo.com" target="_blank"><strong>Lakin Ogunbanwo</strong></a>, the lookbook showcases a contemporary Africa at a beach house in Ibese, Lagos. It's far away from Western clichés of African style and features garments from the previously mentioned brands, as well as labels from their archive like <strong>Sacai, Helmut Lang and Yohji Yamamoto</strong>.
