Next week, Okayafrica and Okayplayer are teaming up with TunnelVision Gallery to host "FIVE/5THS: A TunnelVison Collective Presentation," at Okay Space from July 21 to July 30.
FIVE/5THS—a collective of five contemporary artists—have come together to tell their story through an audio/visual exhibition that challenges the way we see and appreciate black art. Each of the five artists represents a “piece of the black mind”—together they reject the notion that blackness is fractioned.
Join us on Thursday, July 21, from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. for the opening party with complimentary drinks and tunes by DJ Triptych all night!
