D'banjhas been preparing the release of the I'm D'banj: An Epic Journey visual EP, a 7 song and music video project to mark his 10 years in the music industry. While he's already teased a couple trailers for the upcoming singles and videos, which will be released once a week over the next 7 weeks,  "Knocking On My Door (Ko Le Ye Won)" is the first full track we get to hear from the EP. The new song is an uplifting composition that blends the Nigerian superstar's croons with bright keyboards and a group vocal refrain, plus sees D'banj dusting off his harmonica skills.

In related news, D'banj was recently announced as a nominee for the MTV Africa Music Awards 2015 Evolution Award, which "honors established artists who have made an indelible mark on African and global music culture... and shaped the soundscape of contemporary Africa.” He's nominated alongside 2Face Idibia, Black Coffee, P-Square, Fally Ipupa, HHP, Samini and others.
