In celebration of Felabration week, Okayafrica is proud to partner up with BRICto bring you FELA FROLIC: A Celebration of Fela Kuti! A continuation of BRIC's House Parties, FELA FROLIC is an all-day event featuring a host of FREE all-ages activities including: a special screening of Alex Gibney's Finding Fela documentary (5-7pm) — no longer in theaters in New York! — and a performance from Brooklyn-based outfit Zongo Junction. The night will culminate with veteran selector Rich Medina's sweaty, afrobeat Jump N Funk dance party ($10 adv/$14 door).
