Ethiopian beatsmith Mikael Seifulanded on our radar last year with the top track of 2014 choice "Tuff Ruff" and his impressive 4-track Yarada Lij EP, which showcased an alluring blend of Burial-style UK garage and house production with traditional Ethiopian folk sounds. The Addis Ababa-based producer now returns with "The Lost Drum Beat," a hypnotic tune built on off-beat melodic hits, murky vocal samples and saxophones.
