Red Sprinkle and Squareroot Group will partner up to produce the first Pop Up Beauty Lounge, a blogger-focused networking event in Washington, DC Wednesday Nov. 28 at La Petite Marmoset. 

The Pop Up Beauty Lounge will explore the dynamic between fashion and beauty by inviting several members of Washington, DC’s fashion communities to shop, mix and mingle. The guest list includes over 100 media, bloggers, fashion designers, MUAs, boutique owners and other invited guests, and proceeds from all purchases will benefit the Red Sprinkle Fashion Camp; which encourages entrepreneurship in creative careers amongst young women in the DC metropolitan area.

Fashion bloggers Nife O., of Skinny Hipster, and beauty blogger Naja Diamond, of From Combat Boots 2 Stilettos, will host the evening. In addition to a copy of this month’s Uptown magazine, guests will go home with product from each of the partnering sponsors: IMAN Cosmetics; African Pride hair care; Crux NY jewelry; Red Velvet Cupcakery; Kiehl’s skin care (Georgetown); and Phyto hair care.
