Night SweatsVol. 1 isthe first in a series of mixtapes featuring South African underground remixes commissioned by (the boldly-named) Cape Town electronic label Wet Dreams Recordings. Volume 1 features the oft-blogged about Jumping Back Slash — who submits a sprawling rework of Lana Del Rey — as well as remixes from label brainchild Big Space (who tackles Ariel Pink's Haunted Graffiti), plus producers Ghigy Mabifhi, Lorenzo, Big Space and Marco Filby (who retouches Missy Elliot).
