Video: Zakee 'All My Blessings'

Senegalese-rooted rapper/producer Zakeetakes it to his West Philly neighborhood for a black-and-white video focused on the socioeconomic ails of his community. Portraits of children and adult locals holding signs with mottos like "It's Never Too Late For Change" flash across the screen while the refrain hits home: show them motherfxckers, you so bad.

Zakee explained to MTV Iggy, "I basically went home and made a hood anthem that would elevate morale, pride and just overall doing right even when faced with our every day struggles and obstacles." "All My Blessings" can be found on his upcoming sophomore album Rise of the Rebels: Assimilations, out next spring. Watch the Lazlo-directed video below.
