Uzo Aduba Wins First Emmy For Netflix' Orange Is The New Black
Over the weekend Nigerian-American thespian Uzo Aduba was named as the recipient of the 2014 Emmy award for Outstanding Guest Actress In A Comedy Series for her role as Suzanne 'Crazy Eyes' Warren in the Netflix series Orange Is The New Black. Aduba's Emmy victory marked the first for the hit series which gives an equally serious and lighthearted look into the daily lives of inmates at a women's penitentiary in upstate New York.
