Lupita Nyongo is the new face of Lancôme's Teint Idole Ultra 24H foundation ad.


Vogue's July cover girl Lupita Nyong'o is also the latest Lancôme ambassador for 'Teint Idole Ultra 24H,' a foundation that's advertised as being "available in 29 shades for all skin tones." In her interview with Vogue, Lupita mentioned that she's "particularly proud to represent [Lancôme's] unique vision for women and the idea that beauty should not be dictated, but should instead be an expression of a woman’s freedom to be herself." Later on, she added: "It's not about conforming to an already established idea of what is beautiful, and I like that." The product sees the beauty brand going after consumers of color. President Mokgweetsi Masisi has passed long-overdue law that will allow married women to own land.

Botswana's President Mokgweetsi Masisi has reportedly passed a law that will allow married women to be eligible to own land independent of their husbands. The new law is an amendment to Botswana's Land Policy of 2015 which prevented married women, widows and orphans from inheriting land or acquiring new land entirely.
