Capetown/NY based Xander Ferreira aka Gazelle and UK crooner Findlay Brown (the minds and ears behind The Happy Show) have resurfaced with their nostalgic African Beach TimeSelection, an eclectic mix of afro-funk and psychedelic rock from the 70s. Picking gems from classic compilations like 'The World Ends: Afro Rock & Psychedelia in 1970s Nigeria'and 'Next Stop Soweto,' the niche DJ duo who throw retro afro-funk parties in NYC's Chinatown are unearthing the psychedelic sounds of 70s Soweto and Nigeria à la Awesome Tapes From Africa.
