When it comes to talking about sex and relationships, it's best to just keep it real. Sometimes it feels like candid and open dialogue about such topics is lacking, especially as they relate to young black people.

We're at a time in our lives when relationships and dating can be especially complicated, but—for the lucky among us—they can be really great too. Either way, it never hurts to have an honest conversation.

We gathered a group of black millennials to do just that. We asked them to share their thoughts on dating outside their race, sex on the first date, relationship deal breakers and more.
