South African trio Johnny Cradle just released the third single from their self-tiled 2017 album. "Salut" is straight to the point, it pays homage to working class South Africans who do the daily jobs that are necessary to keep everyday life running.

Farmers, teachers, miners, maids, handymen, and bus drivers, among others, all get mentions.

The video is as direct as the song—the members take turns to pose as those different people mentioned in the song.

Johnny Cradle is one of the most exciting acts in the SA live music scene. Their music blends hip-hop, kwaito, folk and rock. And you haven't lived if you haven't seen them live.
