Known as the "Congolese Working Lady," Patricia Nzolantima has experienced entrepreneurial success in Africa and abroad. She started CommunicArt Agency—a marketing agency specifically for the representation of Pan-African consumers in 2008. She later merged the company with South Africa's EXP-Agency, creating EXP-CommunicArt, making it one of the leading marketing agencies in sub-Saharan Africa. She is also the founder of International Working Lady magazine, a publication focused on women making a difference in their careers and countries.

Nzolantima is dedicated to empowering African women and recognizing their struggles. She started Kinshasa Rose, a city wide initiative to combat breast cancer in the Congo. To financially assist women in pursuit of their careers, she started Tomorrow's Elite, a scholarship program, and Women of the Future, a microcredit program,.

Nzolantima says that when she was a little girl, she wanted to be a "grand dame," a lady who "inspires her community, who makes change happen." She has certainly earned that title.
