Beninese icon Angélique Kidjo is set to take part in BAM and Greenlight Bookstore's Unbound literary series next Monday in conjunction with the recent release of her debut memoir Spirit Rising. The intimate discussion will see the always spectacular, larger than life diva uncovering the hardships and heroism that have led to her becoming one of the world's most respected artists– and not to mention one of the Guardian's "100 most inspiring women." The following day, Tuesday the 28th, also happens to be when Kidjo's latest full-length Eve is due out via 429 Records.
