OkayAfrica is teaming up with the Global First Ladies Alliance, Facebook, and M.A.C AIDS Fund to present the 2017 The Future of Women Awards.

The Global First Ladies Alliance have worked since 2008 with 45 First Ladies from around the world, working together to shape policy, and encourage collaboration between female leaders and global institutions.

With The Future Of Women Award initiative, the alliance seeks to highlight African women who are leaders in their communities, making an impact in the fields of creative entrepreneurship, technology, and social impact. African women leaders of all ages are eligible for nomination.
