French-Cuban twins Ibeyi are sharing the new video for "Stranger / Lover," the latest single from their stunning self-titled debut album. The bass and piano-lead song is a meditation about the end of a relationship that sees sisters Naomi & Lisa-Kaindé Díaz proclaiming "Stranger, lover / this day will be our last / come heal in my arms." The accompanying visuals show the twins' faces and hair being dragged, distorted and reshaped by two anonymous hands — a possible representation of how a lover can affect and morph their partner's identity throughout a relationship.
