Listen to a New Song by Kid X, KhazMoney and Pro

The song, which is accompanied by a music video, is a soundtrack to the upcoming movie 'Love Lives Here.'

Straight from the heavens, late South African rap legend Pro (formerly ProKid) shares an instrumental with rappers Kid X and KhazMoney.

The song, which is titled "Ntsimbi," is a blend of kasi rap and kwaito by way of lyrics delivered in IsiZulu and kasi slang and a low tempo kwaito-esque rhythm. The song is produced by the genre-hopping RMBO.

The hook on "Ntsimbi" is handled by Pro, who also takes the last verse.

In the video, which was shot in the hood, actress Thando Thabethe makes an appearance. This is because the song is part of the soundtrack for the upcoming movie Love Lives Here in which Thabethe plays a character alongside Lungile Radu.

Love Lives Here is due for release on the 29th of March, and follows the story of an author who has to choose between her heart's desires and society's expectations.

The actress was quoted by The Sowetan last year as saying about her role:

"What excited me about the film is the fact that it's a true reflection of the struggles women in South Africa face‚ a complex between what their heart wants and what society or tradition think is right. It is all about that conflict between what people say and what they want for themselves."
