Afrobeat co-creator & percussion pioneer Tony Allenrecently got together with La Blogothèqueto film A Take Away Show at Paris' Le Comptoir Général. The intimate video follows the legendary afrobeat drummer as he prepares his sticks and plays a number of impressive solo drum rhythms & patterns from a striking green house. Tony Allen is coming off releasing one of our favorite albums of 2014, Film of Life, which featured the likes of Damon Albarn and The Jazzbastards.
