In Photos: Zoë Modiga’s ‘The Yellow Silent Concert’

South African jazz musician Zoë Modiga treated her fans to a silent concert held at the newly opened venue Untitled Basement in Braamfontein, Johannesburg.

She performed songs from her debut albumYellow the Novel (2017), to an intimate crowd (tickets were limited to 100). Every member of the audience had to listen to the concert through wireless headphones, which were provided at the venue.

She also premiered a new short film, which is a collaboration between here and Nao Serati. The film, titled ME, was directed by Galerekwe Maimane. You can watch it below or here, and view some photos from The Yellow Silent Concert below.
