Samuel Chukwueze is the fast-rising star that everyone needs to be watching right now. After he joined the senior team of Villarreal as a midfielder last year, Chukwueze has gone on to show just how incredibly talented he is. He became the youngest footballer to score a goal during the 2019 edition of the Africa Cup of Nations and helped Nigeria's Super Eagles defeat South Africa's Bafana Bafana 2-1, knocking them out of the semi-finals. More recently, Roc Nation Sports, which is owned by Jay-Z, announced yesterday that Chukwueze would be signed to the agency.

The Roc Nation Sports Agency manages the careers of athletes both on and off the field through endorsement deals, media relations and brand strategy, among other things. The likes of Manchester United footballers Romelu Lukaku and Eric Bailly and Bayern Munich's Jerome Boateng are currently signed to the agency.

Chukwueze, who's been described by UEFA as a "precocious winger with UEFA Europa League experience", was recently named one of the 50 footballers to watch in the upcoming 2019/2020 season. The footballer took to social media to express how excited he was about the deal and promised that even bigger things were still on the way. Looking at his stellar play over the past few months, we don't doubt him for a second.
