John Wizards shares a remix of Populous' "Night Safari" along with an animated music video from the upcoming 'Night Safari Remixed' album
South African band John Wizards returns with a magnetic new remix of “Night Safari” by Italian producer Populous—part of the reworked edition of Populous’ latest album by the same name. The remix sees John Wizards adding digitized synthesizers and scattered drumwork to the track.
“Night Safari (Remix)” is accompanied by whimsical illustrations by Jonathan Calugi. The animated video, directed by Simone Brillarelli, takes place in a hypnotizing animal kingdom where colorful creatures bounce along to the song’s rapid polyrhythms.
