Tricky x Nneka 'Nothing Matters'

Watch the video for UK producer Tricky's "Nothing Matters," featuring vocals by Nigerian singer Nneka. Loving this Tricky x Nneka collaboration!

Tricky's latest album False Idols is being heralded as his best since the UK producer's golden, mid-90s run of trip-hop output. For his new single "Nothing Matters," Tricky enlists Nigerian songstress Nneka, a longtime Okayafrica favorite, for a trotting electro-pop gem with visuals that feature high contrast black-and-white images of post-war British architecture. Nneka owns the track, skillfully juggling a delicate whisper and strong howl — and, near the end, spitting a few bars. Watch Tricky / Nneka's "Nothing Matters" below.
