In the new video for his single "Honey and Pain," South African lyricist Stogie T is giving us a glimpse into his travels and adventures.

The video is a collation of clips of the rapper from a few years ago, in different places—South Africa, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Nigeria, Canada and France, among a few others.

You can see him in recording sessions with Mike Classic (who sings the hook on the song), M.I, one half of P Square, and performing in different stages.

Cameos spotted include Tehn Diamond, Rouge, Da L.E.S, Zubz, and a few more.

"Honey and Pain" is the first single the rapper released since releasing his self-titled album in 2016, which came with his name change.

On the song, T talks of the dichotomy between poverty and wealth.

"Life ain't fair, you can kiss the ground and the ring/ Think it's a breeze, that's only 'cause the pendulum swing/ This is honey and pain, both struggle and gain
Gold mining in vain, if you can't shower in a chain"
"Our folks running in circles/ Yet they can't scrub the bills, still stuck in this hellhole/ 'cause reptiles go Judas over silver/ Cross you for a profit like Moses split the river"
