Jidenna is steadily building anticipation for the release of his forthcoming album The Chief. Just last week he shared the  slow-burner "Bambi" and today, he drops the music video for his previous single "The Let Out."

For the video, the Nigerian rapper and singer enlists none other than Nigerian comedian Chief Obi, who plays the hilarious and ever convincing African dad.

Jidenna and crew must escape his antics in order to get their night going. The party starts once they finally make it out the house and over to a parking lot turn-up, where everyone is beautifully overdressed considering they're in a parking lot.

It all looks like a great time, and now I'm just sitting here hoping that, by some miracle, I get invited to the next "let out."
