This past Memorial Day OkayAfrica and Everyday People kicked off the summer with our first Everyday AFRIQUE party of the year.

The atmosphere were just right, as folks gathered at a new location, Nowadays in Brooklyn, for a day of music, drinks, food and good vibes. As usual, the style was on point as attendees showed up in their boldest summer looks.

The night was filled with exciting sets from DJ Moma, DJ Tunez, Rich Knight, Moniki, DJ Underdog and LL Cool Blaze, with hosts Saada, Roble, Ivie, Giselle, Kam, Shernita and Maine in attendance to keep the party flowing.

If you missed out don't fret we'll be back for the 4th of July. For now, check out what went down via the images below, by Nedscarf Photography.
