Davido, Fabolous & Jeremih Connect For 'Choosy'

Fabolous drops his latest single and music video for "Choosy," a new song that sees him linking up with Nigerian star Davido and Jeremih.

The new track, which was produced by Hitmaka and Swiff D, is built on light guitars and afrobeats-inspired beatwork. which brings to mind past hits like "Unforgettable" and "2AM."

Jeremih kicks off "Choosy" and handles chorus duties, while Fabolous pops in-and-out with his verses. Davido comes in around the 3-minute mark of the video to deliver a romance-filled verse that interpolates his much-played opening line from "If."


The music video for "Choosy" follows Fabo, Davido and Jeremih in and around Cape Verde. It features several beautiful, sun-filled shots of Praia and its people. The clip was directed by Gerard Victor.

Davido Rumored to Be Making An Appearance In 'Coming to America 2'

The Nigerian star will have a part in the much-talked about sequel, according to comedian Michael Blackson.

The Coming to America sequel is well under way.

If you haven't been keeping up, "Eddie Murphy, Arsenio Hall, James Earl Jones, and Paul Bates, are already locked in to reprise their roles from the beloved 1988 buddy comedy," Okayplayer reports.

Additional cast members will include Kiki Layne (If Beale Street Could Talk), Wesley Snipes and now, apparently, Nigerian star Davido will also be joining the roster.

That piece of info was shared by comedian Michael Blackson, who was in Atlanta with the Nigerian singer over the weekend at his show. "Davido has told me he has a performance scene in Coming to America 2, congrats homie," Blackson tweeted.

Daniel Kaluuya Is Producing a Live-Action 'Barney' Movie with Mattel

Yes, you read that correctly.

In a move that absolutely no one saw coming, Oscar-nominated actor Daniel Kaluuya is set to produce a live-action Barney movie in conjunction with Mattel Films. The Hollywood Reporter first broke the story.

Kaluuya will co-produce the film as part of his 59% production banner, which signed a first-look deal with Paramount back in May. Speaking on his involvement with the project and the impact of Barney & Friends, Kaluuya had this to say: "Barney was a ubiquitous figure in many of our childhoods, then he disappeared into the shadows, left misunderstood. We're excited to explore this compelling modern-day hero and see if his message of 'I love you, you love me' can stand the test of time."
